Every day is an Earth day

The school observed Earth Week from 24th to 28th April 2017 with a medley of educational and fun activities. Students were informed about the importance of Earth Day and then taken through numerous, well-planned conservation related activities.

The week began with Colouring activity for the Juniors and Slogan Writing for the Seniors. Students wrote slogans and created an Earth Day pledge. They designed posters showing how we can save Mother Earth. This was followed by different activities such as Best out of Waste, Planting trees, Poetry Recitation, Quizzes etc.

The weeklong programme helped students assimilate simply yet clearly that our natural resources are limited and we need to use them judiciously.
